Use:
Western Blot on rabbit homogenized thoracic aorta.
Comments:
The experiment was successful in the
sense that the AB did allow detection of rabbit MCP-1. However, the
actual experimental results were not as expected.
Dilution: Antibody concentration of 5 µg/mL (1:200) will allow
visualization of 50 µg/lane of total protein.
