Comments:
Efficient,
easy to use, gives clear results for normal specimens of plasma. But we have
to redilute specimens who contain rheumathoid factor. They have more SAA.
Dilution used, 1/200, 1/500 instead of 1/50 proposed in package insert. Not
efficient at 1/50 dilution to detect higher than normal concentration of SAA.
